Shipping policy

Every ArvixDesignz piece is made to order just for you. Here's what to expect after you check out.

Production time
Your order is printed or embroidered after you place it. Production usually takes 2–7 business days before it ships. It can take a little longer during busy periods and holidays.

Shipping within the US

• Standard: $8.00, usually 3–8 business days once your order ships.
• Free Standard shipping on orders of $70 or more.
• Express: $15.00, for faster delivery once your order ships.

Express shipping speeds up delivery only. It doesn't shorten the production time above.

International shipping
We ship to select countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. International orders usually arrive 2–4 weeks after they ship, depending on the destination and customs.

Any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.

Orders with more than one item
Our products are made by different production partners, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Tracking
You'll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible. We can update it as long as your order hasn't gone into production. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or it says delivered but you can't find your package, contact us and we'll help sort it out.
