How to reach us

Email and the contact form both come straight to our support team.

Response time
We aim to reply to every message within 1–2 business days. Messages sent on weekends or holidays are answered on the next business day.

What to include in your message
To help us sort things out quickly, please include:

  • Your order number, if your question is about an order. You'll find it in your order confirmation email.
  • The email address you used to order, if it's different from the one you're writing from.
  • Photos, if an item arrived damaged, misprinted or incorrect. Please include a photo of the problem and of the shipping label.
  • The product name and size, if you have a sizing question.

What we can help with

  • Order status and tracking: you'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't updated in 10 business days, get in touch.
  • Sizing help: not sure which size to pick? Tell us your usual size and the product you're looking at, and we'll help.
  • Damaged, defective or wrong items: contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.
  • Changing or cancelling an order: contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes as long as your order hasn't gone into production yet.
  • Collaborations, wholesale and press: email us with "Collaboration", "Wholesale" or "Press" in the subject line.
